Deutsche Börse has further expanded its XTF segment for index funds on the Xetra electronic trading platform with the launch of two more exchange-traded funds by Société Générale subsidiary Lyxor Asset Management.

The Lyxor ETF EuroMTS 15+Y fund enables investors to participate in the performance of a current total of 38 government bonds from eurozone countries with a residual maturity of more than 15 years. A maximum of two securities per issuer are included in the underlying index.

The Lyxor ETF EuroMTS Covered Bond Aggregate tracks the performance of 100 covered bonds from eurozone issuers, all of which has a residual maturity of at least one year and an AAA rating. The annual management fee is 0.165 percent for each fund.

The product offering in the XTF segment currently comprises a total of 264 index funds, the largest number of any European stock exchange. Deutsche Börse says this range of products, combined with an average monthly trading volume of more than EUR9bn, makes XTF the continent’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
