Lisle, Illinois-based First Trust Advisors has announced that the listing of certain exchange-traded funds it manages will be transferred from the American Stock Exchange to the NYSE Arca listing and trading platform on November 6, following the completion of NYSE Euronext’s acquisition of the Amex at the beginning of this month.

The First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund will transfer the listing of the First Trust Dow Jones Select MicroCap Index Fund, Morningstar Dividend Leaders Index Fund, Ipox-100 Index Fund, Amex Biotechnology Index Fund, Dow Jones Internet Index Fund, DB Strategic Value Index Fund, Value Line Equity Allocation Index Fund, Value Line Dividend Index Fund, S&P REIT Index Fund and Value Line 100 Exchange-Traded Fund.

The First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund II will transfer the listing of the First Trust DJ Stoxx Select Dividend 30 Index Fund, First Trust FTSE Epra/Nareit Global Real Estate Index Fund and Dow Jones Global Select Dividend Index Fund.

The First Trust Exchange-Traded AlphaDEX Fund will transfer the listing of the First Trust Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Energy, Financials, Health Care, Industrials/Producer Durables, Materials, Technology, Utilities, Large Cap Core, Mid Cap Core, Small Cap Core, Large Cap Growth Opportunities, Large Cap Value Opportunities, Multi Cap Growth and Multi Cap Value AlphaDEX funds.

Barclays Global Investors, the world’s biggest manager of ETFs with more than 320 funds worldwide, has announced the transfer of seven iShares ETFs from the Amex to NYSE Arca on November 6.

The funds are the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond Fund, KLD 400 Social Index Fund, Lehman MBS Bond Fund, S&P California Municipal Bond Fund, S&P National Municipal Bond Fund, S&P New York Municipal Bond Fund and S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index Fund.
