LLP Services, the property-related and tax efficient products provider founded by John Rawicz-Szczerbo, has appointed Roger Bruce as director and Leighton Giles as associate director of the company.

Bruce (pictured) and Giles will be responsible for building LLP’s portfolio of products for the premium end of the authorised professional advisers and intermediary market.

They have previously worked with firms such as Close Brothers and Cordea Savills, where they were responsible for creating distribution channels to IFAs and high-end intermediaries. Together they bring more than 25 years’ experience of developing and marketing property related and tax efficient products.

Rawicz-Szczerbo says: ‘We are delighted to welcome Roger and Leighton to LLP today. We have an exciting pipeline of funds for the future, which has enabled us to attract people of their calibre. LLP is well positioned to take advantage of current buying opportunities in the UK commercial property market and this will be reflected in the products that we intend to launch. Roger and Leighton are key members of the LLP team and integral to the fulfilment of our ambitions and future success.’

Bruce adds: ‘We have both known John for a long time and originally knew him when he was structuring and developing BES and the early EZT products. We have always admired his approach, particularly the straightforwardness of his products, which are invariably designed to fulfil client investor needs rather than the needs of the asset managers. This makes them highly attractive to authorised advisers who have demanding high net worth clients with bespoke investment and tax planning needs.’
