ETFlab Investment has launched five bond ETFs and one money market ETF investing in German government bonds of various maturity bands.

The new ETFs track the Deutsche Börse EuroGov Germany Index with short (1-3 years), medium (3-5 years), long (5-10 years), and very long (more than 10 years) maturities. A fifth fund tracks the selective index with maturities of one to ten years.

The money-market ETF is replicated by German government bonds with maturities from one to 12 months.

All the funds are designed according to the ‘full replication’ method – they are replicating the indexes through the purchase of the securities contained therein and not through Swaps or other derivates.

The indexes have a maximum weighting of 30 per cent, as regards the individual issues.

Liquidity is ensured by the Market Maker DekaBank.

The management fees are 0.15 per cent for the bond ETFs and 0.12 per cent for the money-market ETF. Interest is distributed as regular earnings up to four times annually.
