Dow Jones Indexes has been named “Most Innovative ETF Index Provider – Americas” for the second consecutive year.

The award was presented at the Fifth Annual ETF Global Awards dinner hosted by Exchangetradedfunds.com. Award winners were based on votes cast by more than 480 organsations and professionals in the ETF industry worldwide.

“Winning this prestigious award for the second consecutive year demonstrates yet again Dow Jones Indexes’ dedication to innovation and excellence in reliable, consistent and sophisticated indexing. In the past 12 years, Dow Jones Indexes has been contributing to the constantly evolving index world with unique concepts such as the Dow Jones Islamic Market Indexes, Dow Jones Titans Indexes, Dow Jones Total Stock Market Indexes and the Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Indexes,” says Michael A. Petronella, president, Dow Jones Indexes (pictured). “We remain strongly committed to further expand the range of superior and significant indexes available to the investment community.”

There are currently 92 ETFs based on Dow Jones and Dow Jones Stoxx Indexes that are available in the Americas region.

Globally, there are 405 ETFs and exchange-traded notes based on Dow Jones and Dow Jones Stoxx Indexes that measure various markets, sectors and asset classes, including Dow Jones Titans Indexes, Dow Jones Total Stock Market Indexes, Dow Jones and Dow Jones Stoxx Select Dividend Indexes, Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Indexes as well as Dow Jones Islamic Market Indexes.
