Prior to unveiling a raft of new autumn fund launches, investment boutique Jubilee Financial Products has embarked on an aggressive recruitment campaign.

The investment house anticipates a period of rapid growth over the next 12 months as it prepares a range of new investment launches and is consequently stepping up its recruitment plans to secure a metropolitan-based sales team to compliment existing regional distributors.

Ian Millward, JFP senior partner, says the boutique is keen to capitalise on early product marketing successes and is looking to build up steam on the back of resurgent markets.

‘We have a range of new fund launches planned for the coming months and plan to move the business away from relying purely on structured products,’ says Millward.

‘We are focusing primarily on the top end of the advisory market and to do that we need a sales team capable of operating at the highest level.

‘These are crucial appointments for Jubilee. Our recruitment regionally has gone exceptionally well and the seed corn is in place to grow an elite sales unit. London is the missing piece of the jigsaw – there is the potential for outstanding rewards for the right talent.’

With an initial target team of two to four, JFP is offering an opportunity to achieve partner status and equity in the company.

‘Being a small and relatively unknown company at this stage we need to recruit individuals with the credibility and drive to represent us at the very top end of the advisory market,’ says Millward.
