Foundation Source to provide philanthropy services for Hines & Warner

Foundation Source, a US provider of support services for private foundations, has entered a partnership agreement with Portland-based Hines & Warner Wealth Management, a Pacific Northwest investment advisory firm working with clients on financial planning and investment management.

Under Foundation Source’s Platinum Partner Programme, Foundation Source will augment Hines & Warner’s diversified investment advisory programme with private foundation administration services.

Clients with private foundations or those planning to create a private foundation will have access to Foundation Source’s technology and support services, which facilitate the administration of private foundation activities.

Co-founder and managing principal Earl Hines (pictured) says: “Philanthropy is a growing element in financial planning for our clients, who increasingly want both more control over their foundations but with smaller overhead and less bureaucracy. Foundation Source’s innovative and cost effective programmes make that goal possible. We are delighted to be able to offer their unique, high value services to our clients.”

"Hines & Warner understands the family benefits of including philanthropy in the planning process," says Andrew Bangser, Foundation Source president. "We look forward to working with Hines & Warner to help its clients become more effective and informed philanthropists through the venue of a private foundation."
