Ayers Capital opens its doors in Nashville

Ayers Capital has opened this week as a registered investment advisory company providing services in Tennessee.

The company is a joint venture between an affiliate of Tennessee-based Ayers Asset Management and Chicago-based InterOcean Capital.

“Our platform is flexible and open with respect to objectives-driven investment strategies,” says Brian Austin, Ayers Capital principal. “We provide sophisticated investment strategies that encompass the unique requirements of high-net-worth and family office portfolios. Our team is looking forward to providing tailored, personal advice to our clients.”

Ayers Capital will provide fee-based investment advisory services to high-net-worth clients throughout Tennessee.

Austin leads the Nashville office and is responsible for business development, financial planning and client service at Ayers Capital. Prior to forming Ayers Capital, he served as senior vice president and private client adviser at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management.

Rege S. Eisaman, principal and chief investment officer, is responsible for portfolio management, research, security selection and investment planning at Ayers Capital, and currently serves the same role at InterOcean Capital. Prior to forming InterOcean Capital, he served as senior vice president at Morgan Stanley and vice president of the Montgomery Private Client Services group at Banc of America Securities in Chicago.

Mark E. Carr, principal, is responsible for business development at Ayers Capital and currently serves the same role at InterOcean Capital. Prior to forming InterOcean Capital, he was a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley and vice president of the Montgomery Private Client Services group at Banc of America Securities.
