Ayers Capital opens first office in Nashville

Ayers Capital has opened as a new registered investment advisory company providing services in Tennessee.

"Our platform is open with respect to objectives-driven investment strategies," says Brian Austin, Ayers Capital principal. "We provide investment strategies that encompass the requirements of high-net-worth and family office portfolios."

Ayers Capital will provide fee-based investment advisory services to high-net-worth clients throughout Tennessee.

The start-up is building a team of industry veterans to lead the company.

Austin leads the Nashville office and is responsible for business development, financial planning and client service. Prior to forming Ayers Capital, he served as senior vice president and private client adviser at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management.

Rege S. Eisaman, principal and chief investment officer, is responsible for portfolio management, research, security selection and investment planning at Ayers Capital, and currently serves the same role at InterOcean Capital.

Mark E. Carr, principal, is responsible for business development at Ayers Capital and currently serves the same role at InterOcean Capital.
