Umpqua Bank makes two hires in private bank division

Umpqua Bank, a subsidiary of Umpqua Holdings, has hired Jennifer Flickinger and Rex Ritter to serve as vice president relationship managers for its private bank division.

Both Flickinger and Ritter will oversee wealth management solutions for Umpqua Private Bank and will be based in Portland, Oregon.

Prior to joining Umpqua, Flickinger worked as a private client advisor for Wells Fargo’s private bank division. Ritter served as a private client advisor for Bank of America’s private wealth management group.

Donna Huntsman, senior vice president and manager for Umpqua Private Bank, says: "Jennifer’s years in the industry and strong trust services background will be a tremendous asset in building Umpqua’s private bank division. We’re committed to providing customers with the finest resources available, and Jennifer and Rex’s deep knowledge of private banking, including asset management and private client advisory, will be extremely valuable for customers’ financial planning needs."
