Global wealth management firm Rockefeller has named Mark Rogozinski president of Rockit Solutions, a subsidiary that provides wealth data aggregation and financial reporting solutions for family offices, high net worth individuals and financial institutions.

Rogozinski has also been named a managing director of Rockefeller.

Rockit Solutions’ offerings seek to ensure that complex data from multiple sources – including custodians, managers, brokers and banks, among others – is aggregated, processed and reconciled accurately and expeditiously, enhancing the ability of its clients to make financial decisions on a timely basis.

As president of Rockit Solutions, Rogozinski will oversee the company’s operations and lead its management team, while collaborating closely with professionals across the Rockefeller organisation on service delivery and technology platforms.

Based out of the Rockit Solutions headquarters office in Stamford, Connecticut, Rogozinski will report directly to Austin Shapard, president and chief operating officer of Rockefeller, who previously had been serving as interim head of Rockit Solutions.

Rogozinski brings more than 18 years of experience in senior level positions within the financial services industry, with a particular focus on the ultra high net worth space. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of corporate development at WealthTrust, a strategic financial partner for wealth management firms, where he was responsible for acquisition development and strategic relationships with a broad universe of wealth managers nationwide.

Prior to joining WealthTrust, Rogozinski was a partner and chief operating officer for Homrich & Berg, an Atlanta-based wealth manager, where he had oversight of client service, technology, operations and finance.

Shapard says: "Mark Rogozinski’s recruitment reflects the ongoing strong tailwind behind the company, which continues to provide technology and services that win praise and recognition from clients and business partners throughout our industry. Rockit Solutions remains well-positioned to capture multiple opportunities in the fast-changing wealth management landscape, and Mark brings the ideal set of skills and senior operating expertise necessary to further build upon the company’s client service and technology capabilities. Both I and the entire management team of Rockefeller and Company and Rockit Solutions are looking forward to working closely with Mark and continuing the success of Rockit Solutions."

Rogozinski adds: "I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Rockit Solutions, a leading-edge company with a reputation for client service and innovation that is second to none. The company’s growth and success since its inception are impressive, and its future potential even more so. I look forward to leading the business and working with the management team to build upon this success."
