Lexington Wealth Management, a wealth management and investment consulting firm for high net worth individuals, has added two senior team members.

Daniel Flanagan joins as senior managing director and A. Raymond Randall as managing director.

Flanagan is responsible for working with his team to help clients prepare, manage and implement a plan to achieve their financial and life goals by providing financial planning and investment advisory services.

Flanagan spent the past nine years with Calibre Advisory services (formerly Tanager Financial Services) most recently as a vice president and relationship manager serving as the primary point of contact for clients and managing a team of specialists offering financial planning, investment management, trust, credit and insurance services.

Randall’s focus is on enhancing client services initiatives of Lexington Wealth and brings to the firm over 20 years of investment consulting experience. Prior to joining Lexington, he spent the past 12 years running his own practice.

“Dan and Ray are exciting additions to our team,” say co-founders Michael Tucci and Kristine Porcaro. “Along with their impressive expertise, they bring with them a clear willingness to help us forge personal connections with clients: a quality that we believe is of the utmost importance.”
