Close Residential Growth available through Sipp platforms

Close Asset Management’s recently launched Close Residential Growth Partnership is now available through six Sipp platforms.

The fund offers investors the opportunity to benefit from a recovery in the residential property market but is not principally dependent on a recovery to generate returns.

It is now available through the following Sipp platforms: Skandia Sipp, Standard Life, Killik Sipp, A J Bell Platinum, A J Bell Platinum Ssas and Sippcentre Sipp.

The addition of the fund to these platforms will provide easier access for investors.

Nigel Ashfield, managing director of Close Asset Management’s property division, says: “We are delighted to be giving investors the opportunity to take advantage of this unique investment proposition through their Sipp. Property has been out of favour for the last two years, but we are gradually seeing interest in this asset class reawaken as we move into 2010. The Residential Growth Partnership’s ability to generate robust returns in an ungeared fund without depending on a recovery will, we believe, add considerable diversification benefits to any Sipp portfolio.”
