Redwood makes changes to Ark Aston fund

Redwood Asset Management has made changes to the Ark Aston Hill Opportunities Class, a class of Ark Mutual Funds.

Pursuant to an investment management agreement dated 21 January 2010, Trapeze Asset Management will assume management of the fund effective on or about 1 February 2010.

The fund’s name will also be changed on this date to Trapeze Value Class.

Aston Hill Financial continues as portfolio advisers to two portfolios within the Ark family of funds: the Ark Aston Hill Monthly Income Class and the Ark Aston Hill Energy Class.

Trapeze Asset Management is a Toronto-based investment manager.
