Ogier, an offshore legal and fiduciary services firm, has appointed Zac Lucas as partner in the firm’s British Virgin Islands office.
Lucas joins Ogier from Harney Westwood & Riegels in BVI where he was a partner and head of the trusts team.
Previously, he practiced at Russell – Cooke Solicitors in London where he focused on tax and estate planning for high-net-worth families and individuals.
Michael Fay, managing partner of Ogier BVI, says: “Ogier seeks to appoint the finest practitioners in their chosen fields and Zac is both a leader and innovator in the Private Wealth and Trust world. His appointment signifies our ongoing commitment to the evolution of the BVI office and market, and Ogier’s dedication to the provision of service excellence."
