Moss Adams selects Fortigent for investment research

Fortigent, a provider of outsourced wealth management solutions for financial advisers and institutions targeting high net worth clients, has been retained by Moss Adams Wealth Advisors.

Moss Adams Wealth Advisors provides financial planning and investment management to high net worth individuals, primarily in the western US.

The firm will use Fortigent to complement its in-house investment research capabilities, including the selection and due diligence of traditional and alternative managers.

"We were attracted by Fortigent’s breadth and expertise in traditional and alternative investment research and due diligence," says Rebecca Pomering (pictured), chief executive officer of Moss Adams Wealth Advisors. "Their capabilities enhance our already strong in-house offering, allowing us to continue to grow and serve our clients."

"We are delighted to have Moss Adams Wealth Advisors join the Fortigent community," adds Scott Welch, senior managing director of investment research and strategy at Fortigent. "Our respective approaches to due diligence and manager selection, as well as our client-centric service models, are completely in sync. Our combined strengths allow Moss Adams to offer a tremendously broad and deep investment solution – one that will support their continued industry leadership in servicing high net worth clients. We look forward to supporting their growth."
