Sanctuary Wealth Services, a provider of wealth management solutions and services to independent advisers, has appointed Ronald Lynch, Jr. and Joseph Norton as directors.
Lynch (pictured) has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and joins Sanctuary as a director of recruiting for the firm.
He has held various sales roles at Smith Barney, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Bear Stearns.
Most recently he had been working as a financial industry recruiter for Taylor Steele & Associates, recruiting financial advisers for various Wall Street and independent financial services firms.
Norton, a certified investment management analyst, has 21 years of experience in the investment management industry and joins Sanctuary as a director of sales.
He was previously employed as a vice president at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, OppenheimerFunds, and GT Global Asset Management.
