Property consultancy Knight Frank has launched Knight Frank Investors to provide a segregated investment management service to pension funds, insurance companies, private banks and high net worth individuals.
Knight Frank Investors, which has approximately GBP500m of UK assets under management, will be led by partners John Styles and Richard White, who previously undertook investment management activities through Rutley Capital Partners.

On behalf of Lancashire County Pension Fund, Knight Frank Investors has acquired Benson House, Leeds from MEPC for GBP20m and 10 Brook Street for GBP30.2m from IVG Funds.
Existing clients have a further GBP100m to invest across the UK commercial market in the next 12 months.
