Tom O’Shea joins Castle Hill Asset Management

Castle Hill Asset Management has appointed Tom O’Shea as a partner.

O’Shea will be based in Castle Hill’s Charlottesville, Virginia office. 

Prior to joining the firm, O’Shea was a partner at GoldenTree Asset Management, based in London.
 
“We are very fortunate that Tom has joined the team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge that will be invaluable to us as we develop our US platform,” says Brian Bassett, chairman and chief investment officer.
 
Founded in February 2010, Castle Hill is a credit investment manager with more than USD2.0bn of gross assets under management. These assets include sub-advisory mandates from Ignis Asset Management invested across two leveraged loan portfolios as well as a long-short total return fund.
