Finantix launches Android apps for wealth management

Finantix is launching applications for financial advisers and individual investors that will run on Android smartphones.

The functionality provided includes client position, portfolio analytics, risk and compliance alerts, and client communication.

The Android applications feature strong security with 24/7 continuous operation. They are designed for easy integration on top of existing wealth management solutions.

Alessandro Tonchia, founder and director of Finantix, says: "We are impressed with the openness and power of the Android platform. These characteristics explain the astonishing adoption rate Android is enjoying. The new apps confirm our commitment to a multi-device wealth management architecture. We want to give our clients maximum flexibility: After iPhone, iPad and now Android, we will soon add Blackberry support."

Finantix is a provider of advice, sales and service solutions for banks, insurers and wealth managers.
