Fiduciary Trust adds two professionals to wealth management team

Fiduciary Trust, a wealth management firm headquartered in New York City, has hired Mary Davey and Lisa Marcus in its New York office as senior relationship manager and business development officer, respectively.

Davey reports to Debra Feeks, head of relationship management, while Marcus reports to Luke Fowler, director of business development.

"Fiduciary Trust is experiencing record growth as demand for our time-tested, full-service wealth management capabilities continues to increase," says vice chairman and general trust counsel Gail Cohen (pictured), who oversees the firm’s relationship management professionals. "Inter-generational wealth transfer is becoming increasingly complex as families look to establish legacies and hand the reins over to the next generation. Mary’s experience providing customized solutions to multi-generational families is an excellent complement to Fiduciary Trust’s holistic approach to managing our clients’ wealth."

Davey joins the firm with more than 25 years of wealth management experience. As a senior relationship manager, she is responsible for managing the delivery of the firm’s in-house expertise and global resources to best meet the multi-generational needs of clients and their advisors.

Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Davey held positions of increasing responsibility at Citibank and Chase before taking over as managing director in the multi-family office division of US Trust Company. She joins Fiduciary Trust from Morgan Stanley Trust where she was executive director of the family wealth group.

Marcus joins Fiduciary Trust with more than 25 years of wealth management experience. She is responsible for building new investment and trust relationships with individuals, families and foundations.

Prior to joining the firm Marcus was a managing director at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Wealth Management. Previously, she worked 18 years at US Trust Company advising families with entrepreneurial wealth. In addition, Marcus was a senior tax accountant at Arthur Young.
