Media leads Stoxx Europe 600 sector ETFs year-to-date


Stoxx Europe 600 sector exchange-traded funds saw USD119.4m net inflows during the week ending 9 July, research by BlackRock shows.

The largest sector ETF inflows were in basic resources with USD204.5m and telecommunications with USD21.2m.

Chemicals experienced net outflows of USD36.9m.

Year-to-date, media has seen the largest net inflows with USD262.3m net new assets, followed by industrial goods and services with USD107.5m.

Banks sector ETFs have seen the largest net outflows with USD196.3m YTD.

In total, Stoxx Europe 600 sector ETFs have seen USD420.5m net outflows YTD.
