Global X Funds’ Colombia and Silver Miners ETFs cross USD100m in assets

RELATED TOPICS

The Global X Funds family has pushed a second and third exchange-traded fund product over the USD100m asset threshold.

The Global X FTSE Colombia ETF was the family’s first emerging markets fund.

Its cumulative return has exceeded 180 per cent since inception in February 2009.

The Global X Silver Miners ETF was launched last quarter to debut the family’s global commodities fund suite. It traded nearly one million shares on its sixth day after launch.

Despite the silver slowdown this summer, the Silver Miners ETF now holds USD101m in assets.
