Robert Fiore has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Private Client Resources (PCR).
Fiore, who joined PCR as chief financial officer in 2005, also held the title of chief operating officer.
Chris Snyder, who co-founded the company in 2000, has stepped down as CEO. The announcement was made by Joe Dionne, PCR’s chairman of the board, in a letter to the company’s private investors and employees.
“Under Chris’ stewardship, the company has seen significant growth over the last several years and he felt it was a good time to evolve the leadership and build on current successes,” says Dionne. Snyder, who will remain with PCR and on the board of directors, will continue to work with Fiore to ensure a seamless transition of leadership at PCR.
In his new role, Fiore will be responsible for overall company vision, planning and continued growth.
Prior to joining PCR, Fiore was co-founder, CFO and COO of o3Fusion LLC, a marketing consulting firm based in Stratford, Conn., providing business development solutions to professional services firms.
From 1993 to 2003, Fiore worked at Optima Group Inc, a Fairfield, Connecticut-based firm providing strategic planning, marketing and graphic design services to financial services organisations across the country. He joined as controller and moved up to become a managing director, CFO and COO in 1998.
Fiore earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Abilene Christian University and is a certified public accountant.
