Mark Larson, a Principal of Lee & Associates, has been named President of the Lee & Associates-Investment Services Group (Lee ISG), a commercial real estate investment brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies.

“We’ve reached critical mass in a very short time, and the appointment of a president is the natural next step in our growth.” says Mike Tingus, Chairman of Lee ISG, “Mark has the experience and the track record to move us to the next level.”

Larson joined Lee & Associates in January, 2009 as a Founding Principal of Lee ISG. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Larson was previously with CB Richard Ellis where he designed the business plan for the Private Client Group and later at Grubb & Ellis, founding the Private Capital Investment Group.

Lee ISG, which launched in October, 2008 with just two brokers, has since grown to 13 agents. The company’s unique business model enables its commercial real estate investment specialists to work closely with local market specialists in each of the 43 Lee & Associates offices across the country to identify opportunities and successfully execute transactions for its clients.

“My goal for ISG is to enhance our brand throughout the commercial real estate investment industry,” says Larson, “and grow our revenue through strategic recruitment of experienced and high integrity sales professionals that are interested in taking advantage of the outstanding Lee & Associates platform.”
