Invesco announces credit line extension for Invesco High Yield Investments Fund


The Board of Trustees of Invesco High Yield Investments Fund, Inc. (NYSE: MSY) has approved the renewal of the fund’s revolving line of credit agreement with State Street Bank and Trust Company.

The agreement allows the fund the ability to borrow up to the lesser of (1) USD35 million, or (2) the limits set by its prospectus for borrowings. The renewal is effective April 14, 2011 and extends the agreement to April 12, 2012 on substantially the same terms and conditions.
