Jubilee establishes Norwegian branch

Jubilee Financial Products LLP, a UK asset manager and financial products provider, has taken a further step to improve service to clients in the Nordic region by establishing a branch office in Norway. The company will operate through its tied agent, Front Markets CFD AS, to distribute warrants, CFDs and funds.

Adam Habib, CEO and Senior Partner of Jubilee FP, says: “The financial products market in Norway has seen significant changes over the last few years, but we believe there is room for a quality product provider to team up with a local partner. In Front Markets we have found an excellent partner, combining very strong distribution capabilities with a fresh, innovative outlook on the market.”

Håvard Lindstrøm, Managing Director of Front Securities, says: “We are very happy to have established our relationship with Jubilee Financial Products LLP. The partners at Jubilee all have backgrounds from internationally renowned investment banks, and have long experience in structuring quality products and product ideas to a private and institutional investor base. By partnering with Jubilee FP we are better able to fulfil our ambitions in the Norwegian market.”

Front Markets CFD AS is part of Front Securities AS, a company whose principals have two decades of experience financial product distribution in the Norwegian market. In addition to offering investment products through the tied agency agreement, the company also offers FX trading and advisory services.
The first product to be distributed through the agreement is a private placement warrant providing investors exposure to the Swiss Franc – Norwegian Krone exchange rate, with a number of further issues planned for the second half of 2011.
