Gordian Wealth Advisors, a newly formed wealth management firm launched by two long-time investment professionals, has hired Sanctuary Wealth Services to support its business.
Gordian Wealth Advisors specialises in developing customised solutions for wealth creators with complex financial needs, including concentrated stock positions, multiple business entities and a wide range of assets. Gordian works with individuals, families, technology executives and business owners.
Sanctuary will support Gordian with investment solutions, marketing, compliance, back office services, and strategic business consulting. Gordian is the sixth team to join the Sanctuary network.
"Gordian was created to simplify the increasing complexity of wealth management," said Doyle, co-founder of Gordian. "We serve individuals who require the same inspired thinking and commitment from their wealth advisors as they demand from themselves. We hired Sanctuary after evaluating other providers because it offered Gordian a clear competitive advantage. We also appreciate that Sanctuary truly understands the central role of the wealth advisor."
Jeff Spears, CEO of Sanctuary Wealth Services, says: "Britt is a phenomenal wealth advisor, and Elliott is a highly respected investment professional who has significant experience working with institutional investors and hedge funds. Together, they are a powerful and unique combination that offers their clients a diverse perspective that truly simplifies wealth management."
Doyle has more than 23 years of wealth management experience and most recently was with UBS. Earlier in his career, he worked for Citigroup Family Office, Merrill Lynch, and Kidder Peabody. Elbaz has 21 years of investment management experience for institutional and individual clients. Before co-founding Gordian, Elbaz was with the investment bank, FBR. Earlier in his career, Elbaz worked for Wells Fargo Securities, The Chatterjee Group, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management, and Bain & Company.
