Stonehage grows corporate service offering with new Luxembourg office

Independent multi-family office The Stonehage Group has opened an office in Luxembourg. Stonehage Corporate Services is a specialist service division of the Stonehage Group, established to assist clients with the management of complex transactions and fund structures.

Niall McCallum, Head of Corporate Services for the Stonehage Group, says: “We are delighted to announce the opening of the Luxembourg office. Luxembourg is an important hub owing to its tax treaty network, its innovative regulation and legislation and the structuring opportunities that are available.  We are pleased that we are now able to offer an even greater choice to our clients in terms of a customised corporate service.”
 
Stonehage Corporate Services Luxembourg S.A. significantly extends the range of products and services available to clients of the Group. The team has been built with the depth of background, experience and expertise to deliver the smooth and efficient support of the most complex operational structures. 
 
The Luxembourg office will work closely with the wider Stonehage Corporate Services team to provide a comprehensive front to back office solution for the client. The new Luxembourg office is headed up by Eric Osch who joined Stonehage from a major family office in Luxembourg and he has extensive experience of financial regulation, corporate finance and treasury operations. Peter Egan joins him, having relocated to Luxembourg from Jersey and brings to the team a depth of fund management, administration and investment experience.
