Phoenix Fund Services appoints two non-exec directors


Phoenix Fund Services has appointed Theodore Agnew and Peter Little as non-executive Directors of Phoenix Administration Services Limited.

Agnew has had a distinguished career in financial services founding Town & Country Assistance and was a cofounder of WNS Global Services. Theodore is currently a partner in Somerton Capital LLP, a private equity firm; a non-executive director of Jubilee Managing Agency Ltd, a Lloyds insurance business; and a non-executive director of the Education Board.

Little has a successful track record working with financial services firms and the businesses that support them. He was a cofounder and served as Managing Director of Braid Systems. He is an active investor and services a director of various financial services organisations including Investmaster, a software provider to the wealth management industry. He has been Chairman of Cadis Software Limited since March 2008.
