Palladiem, an independent investment advisory firm that focuses on the development and execution of customised investment strategies and services for independent financial advisors, broker dealers and institutions, has selected Placemark Investments’ UMA Marketplace platform as an access point for its Palladiem Investment Portfolios family of Unified Managed Account (UMA) strategies.

Palladiem’s portfolios will now be available to financial advisors via Placemark’s UMA Marketplace platform, which reaches advisors on the TD Ameritrade Institutional, Schwab Institutional, and Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services RIA custodial platforms.

"This is an important step for Palladiem as we bring our proprietary investment products and services to the market. UMA Marketplace provides us with immediate entry into a variety of advisor channels with relative ease," says Stephanie Mackara, Chief Marketing Officer at Palladiem. "The partnership between Palladiem and Placemark Investments is a natural and complementary fit for our organizations allowing us both to bring the best of the UMA to a broad base of financial advisors. Our product line includes a series of Core, Sustainable Income and Global Alternative Strategies designed to arm advisors with innovative solutions to meet the complex challenges of developing the most appropriate portfolios for their clients."

"We’re excited to partner and bring Palladiem’s suite of portfolios to advisors across the RIA and broker-dealer spectrums," says Randy Bullard, Executive Vice President with Placemark Investments. "In many ways the founders of Palladiem are ‘pioneers’ in the UMA space. Their experience and reputation make them an ideal fit for our UMA Marketplace solution. We very much look forward to working with the Palladiem team going forward, and introducing the firm’s innovative solutions to advisors across the marketplace."
