Wealth-X opens London office

RELATED TOPICS

Wealth-X, the global UHNW prospecting, intelligence, and wealth due diligence firm, has recently opened an office London, to lead the company’s expansion into the United Kingdom and beyond.

The office is Wealth-X’s second in Europe, following after Lugano, Switzerland. London, host city for the Olympic Games this year, is also home to the largest population of ultra high net worth (UHNW) individuals among European cities, reports Wealth-X. The UK capital leads the European UHNWI numbers with 5,955 individuals – approximately 3 per cent of the total UHNW population globally, leaving behind Paris with 2,850, and Zurich with 1,775.

"There are 5,955 ultra wealthy in London, far more than any other cities in Europe. Clearly there is a tremendous opportunity in London alone. Furthermore, the challenging economic environment in Europe is spurring banks, not-for-profits and luxury brands to find new ways to connect with the ultra wealthy because it’s the super rich that are the greatest business opportunities,” says Mykolas Rambus (pictured), CEO of Wealth-X.
