Wealth Access introduces first private and customisable wealth management platform

Nashville-based Wealth Access is introducing the first private and customisable online wealth management platform specifically designed for high net worth investors.

The cloud-based financial aggregation system provides investors access to their complete financial portfolios with one login, simply and securely from anywhere. Having already reached nearly USD1 billion in assets since its soft launch earlier this year, the company will host a platform showcase and official launch celebration event from 4:30 pm to 6 pm on 6 September at E|Spaces in Belle Meade.

“Wealth Access is the first secure platform that focuses on empowering high net worth investors to link together every account, every investment, every advisor, and every detail of their financial world,” says founder and CEO David Benskin. “This translates into better, simpler, smarter wealth management.”

Benskin, a former financial advisor for Merrill Lynch with more than 12 years of industry experience, created the company after seeing a vacancy in online financial services addressing the needs of high net-worth individuals and their advisors. Benskin has expertise in the complexities of high net worth individuals and knowledge of technology from an advisor’s perspective.

Wealth Access aggregates all financial account information — including assets, liabilities, investments, real estate, insurance, private investments, bank accounts, credit cards, etc — into an intuitive, state-of-the-art dashboard, providing a holistic view of an investor’s overall net worth.

“We’ve found that when technology gets tied up in red tape, it ceases to be easy or effective,” Benskin says. “It can actually become overwhelming and frustrating. At Wealth Access we’re determined to shift that mindset by giving investors a clearer picture of their financial portfolio, helping them regain their peace of mind and ultimately making their money make sense.”

A patent-pending, permissions-based technology, Wealth Access offers its customers an array of features including overall net worth and related trends, portfolio diversification, customisable alerts, ticker, activity and a newsfeed based on their investments. The system offers platforms specific to the needs of not just individual investors, but advisors and family offices as well.

Wealth Access is private and secure, utilising bank-level security for all of its data. Investors own their account information and are in control of that information at all times. If they choose to share information with one of their trusted advisors they can set up a separate secure login. Wealth Access also prevents any solicitations or offers for additional services from inside or outside the company.

“Wealth Access was designed with the needs of high net worth investors in mind,” says Benskin. “In addition to our intuitive technology, customer service is a foundational element of the company’s culture. From an onboarding consultant to live client chat, we make using our product easy. The system may also be tablet loaded so advisors are prepared to meet with their clients anywhere and anytime.”

Wealth Access is independent, but provides its clients with accurate and up-to-date portfolio information through its partnership with Thomson Reuters and Lipper.
