Invesco Canada announces cash distributions for TSX-listed PowerShares ETFs

Invesco Canada has announced the August 2012 distributions for the PowerShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Unitholders of record on 30 August, 2012 will receive cash distributions payable on 10 September 2012.

Details of the “per unit” distribution amounts are as follows:

PowerShares 1-5 Year Laddered Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index ETF (PSB) – 0.07154
PowerShares Ultra DLUX Long Term Government Bond Index ETF (PGL) – 0.06584
PowerShares Senior Loan (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (BKL) – 0.07684
PowerShares Fundamental High Yield Corporate Bond (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (PFH) – 0.08597
PowerShares Canadian Preferred Share Index ETF (PPS) – 0.06879
PowerShares Canadian Dividend Index ETF (PDC) – 0.06606
PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF (TLV) – 0.06567
PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (ULV) – 0.04375

The tax composition of the PowerShares ETFs’ distributions will be determined on an annual basis and will only be available after the PowerShares ETFs’ tax year-end.
