Bichot & Associes advises EFG International on reorganisation of French business

Bichot & Associes has advised EFG International on the reorganisation of some of its French activities.

On 16 May EFG Banque Privée (a subsidiary of the EFG International group) sold EFG Assurances France to Meeschaert Gestion Privée, an international financial group.

The EFG International group has concluded with Amaika Asset Management an agreement regarding the transfer of the management of the EFG Asset Management France’s funds.

Caurus Partners advised EFG International on the financial aspects of the transaction.
