Exchange-traded fund sponsor and asset manager WisdomTree Investments has announced a proposed public offering of 26,000,000 shares by certain of its stockholders.
The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option by the selling stockholders to purchase up to an additional 3,868,185 shares of common stock from such selling stockholders.
WisdomTree will not receive any proceeds from the offering, and is not issuing any new shares; therefore, its total number of shares outstanding will not change as a result of the offering.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are acting as book-running managers and Piper Jaffray and Sterne Agee are acting as co-managers for the offering.
