Duncan Lawrie Private Bank hires senior team for Bristol

Duncan Lawrie Private Bank has appointed Courtney Kerkin and Sandra Killen to its Bristol operation.

The new senior hires are part of Duncan Lawrie’s commitment to building a stronger presence in the region.

Kerkin joins Duncan Lawrie Private Bank from Clydesdale Bank where he held the role of business development partner. Prior to this he worked with Cooperative Corporate Bank, HSBC and Barclays Bank as well as being self-employed for five years providing business support to local businesses in Cornwall.

Killen joins from Allied Irish Bank, based locally in Bristol where she held the position of corporate relationship officer.

Jeff Durant, Bristol’s regional director at Duncan Lawrie Private Bank, says: “I am thrilled to be joined by Courtney and Sandra at this exciting phase for the business. We see Bristol as a fantastic area to grow the Bank by supporting individuals and businesses in the region.

“The team we are building in Bristol are all from the region and understand the needs and expectations of the local people and businesses. We are committed to ensuring that we offer the South West a more traditional and personal banking service that we feel is currently missing.”
