Vanguard announces cash distributions for five ETFs

Vanguard Investments Canada has announced the final January 2013 monthly cash distributions for five Canadian exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).



The ETFs in question are the Vanguard Canadian Aggregate Bond Index ETF (VAB), Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Bond Index ETF (VSB), Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Corporate Bond Index ETF (VSC), Vanguard FTSE Canadian High Dividend Yield Index ETF (VDY) and Vanguard FTSE Canadian Capped REIT Index ETF (VRE).

Unitholders of record on 31 January 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on 5 February 2013. The distributions are as follows –

Vanguard Canadian Aggregate Bond Index ETF (VAB) – 0.083274
Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Bond Index ETF (VSB) – 0.066933
Vanguard Canadian Short-Term Corporate Bond Index ETF (VSC) – 0.058008
Vanguard FTSE Canadian High Dividend Yield Index ETF (VDY) – 0.068459
Vanguard FTSE Canadian Capped REIT Index ETF (VRE) – 0.036051
