Invesco Canada announces cash distributions for TSX-listed PowerShares ETFs

Invesco Canada has announced the January 2013 distributions for the PowerShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.



Unitholders of record on 30 January 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on 7 February 2013.

Details of the “per unit” distribution amounts are as follows:

PowerShares Tactical Bond ETF (PTB) – 0.07033
PowerShares 1-5 Year Laddered Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index ETF (PSB) – 0.07188
PowerShares Ultra DLUX Long Term Government Bond Index ETF (PGL) – 0.06632
PowerShares Senior Loan (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (BKL) – 0.07672
PowerShares Fundamental High Yield Corporate Bond (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (PFH) – 0.08257
PowerShares Canadian Preferred Share Index ETF (PPS) – 0.06767
PowerShares Canadian Dividend Index ETF (PDC) – 0.06741
PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF (TLV) – 0.06405
PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (ULV) – 0.04658

The tax composition of the PowerShares ETFs’ distributions will be determined on an annual basis and will only be available after the PowerShares ETFs’ tax year-end.
