CF Miton UK Multi Cap Income fund passes through GBP50m AUM

RELATED TOPICS

The CF Miton UK Multi Cap Income Fund has surpassed GBP50m in assets under management since its launch in October 2011.

The fund is top quartile in the IMA Equity Income sector over six months, one year and since launch. It has posted a 29.7 per cent gain since launch against the sector average of 21.9 per cent. The fund’s historic net yield is also over five per cent and is paid quarterly.

The premium return and yield have been delivered with the lowest volatility in the sector.

Gervais Williams, fund manager and managing director of Miton Group, says: “Our multi-cap strategy approach with a well spread portfolio has delivered premium returns through its focus on selecting well-financed stocks with good and growing dividend income.

“Although markets are likely to remain volatile, we believe that many small cap companies in particular, continue to look attractive from our perspective. There is advantage for those willing to consider higher yielding stocks across the full range of market capitalisations because of the greater scope to select for factors such as strong balance sheets and top line growth across more numerous potential investments.”

Managed by Williams and Martin Turner, the CF Miton UK Multi Cap Income Fund aims to provide attractive levels of dividends coupled with capital growth over the long term. The fund is able to invest across the full market cap spectrum of UK quoted companies.
