Nomura Securities selects NRI Advisor Platform for wealth management

Nomura Securities has selected the Nomura Research Institute’s NRI Advisor Platform, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) wealth management solution designed to assist financial advisers.

The NRI Advisor Platform gives the Nomura Securities’ wealth management team the ability to provide tailored customer relationship management (CRM) in a timely manner.

The NRI Advisor Platform enables Nomura Securities’ advisors to access clients’ real-time financial information, such as positions, transactions and contract details, through its flexible, back-office agnostic architecture that also includes a built-in interface with THE STAR, NRI’s back-office solution suite for broker-dealers.

In addition, the NRI Advisor Platform provides aggregated individual and family information, which helps Nomura Securities sales representatives make comprehensive and customised financial proposals to their clients.

Nomura Securities went live with the NRI Advisor Platform in January 2013.

“As advisers increasingly need real-time client information, we are honored to be able to deliver our NRI Advisor Platform to Nomura Securities to allow its wealth management sales force to be more agile,” says Shin Kusunoki (pictured), corporate senior vice president and financial systems division manager, NRI. “The SaaS model of our platform provides Nomura Securities a cost-effective way to offer bespoke services to each and every client.”

In addition to the current wealth management CRM functionalities, NRI will provide client reporting tools, an application suite for mobile devices, as well as interactive consulting tools for investment, life and succession planning in the coming months.
