Saxo Capital Markets launches ISA trading account

RELATED TOPICS

Saxo Capital Markets UK, the multi-asset online trading and investment specialist, has launched a Stocks & Shares ISA account in cooperation with ISA manager European Pensions Management Limited.

The Stocks & Shares ISA will allow customers to invest their savings in a tax efficient manner through Saxo’s trading platform.

Customers can access a broad range of investment products at competitive costs, as well as use the equity research module, Saxo’s advanced charting and analysis tool, which is normally charged for on accounts holding less than GBP60,000.

The main benefits of the Saxo share ISA account include: access to 25 exchanges with over 4,200 instruments (shares, ETFs, investment srusts); use of one of the leading trading platforms in the market, including a mobile app for iPad, iPhone and Android; free equity research module; and competitive pricing – UK share and ETF dealing from GBP8 per trade, a 0.5 per cent currency conversion for non-GBP denominated stock and a GBP35 annual account fee.

Torben Kaaber (pictured), chief executive of Saxo Capital Markets, says: "With the low interest rate and high inflation environment looking to remain in the medium term, it is becoming more attractive to invest savings than to hold cash. We have identified a gap in the ISA market for an account that would allow savers to both perform in-depth research, using professional investment tools, and invest with ease through a technologically sophisticated trading platform. The Saxo ISA account is a very attractive product due to the range of investments available to ISA investors and it enables savers to maximise the potential of their annual ISA allowance."
