Horizons ETFs changes investment objective of Active Advantage Yield ETF

Horizons Exchange Traded Funds and its affiliate AlphaPro Management have made a change to the investment objective of the Horizons Active Advantage Yield ETF (HAF).

The change was approved at a special meeting of unitholders on 27 March.
Beginning on or about 1 April 2013, HAF will seek to provide unitholders with: (i) a stable stream of tax-efficient monthly distributions; and (ii) the opportunity for capital appreciation through exposure to a tactical asset allocation strategy that focuses primarily on fixed income and fixed income-like securities.
