Nomura Securities employs NRI’s mobile CRM solution

Nomura Securities has implemented Nomura Research Institute’s (NRI) customer relationship management (CRM) solution for mobile devices, Advisor Platform Mobile Option, which allows financial advisers to more easily handle client information securely while on the move.

The Mobile Option enables Nomura Securities’ wealth management team to access client information from NRI’s wealth management CRM solution, Advisor Platform, helping them create flexible financial advice in response to specific client needs.
Through the addition of mobile access, advisers can take advantage of another level of sales service and customised consultation.
“Providing mobile support for the Advisor Platform is a testament to our continued commitment to delivering high-touch services and innovation to the financial markets,” says Yasuki Okai, senior managing director and financial technology solution division manager, NRI. “We anticipate that the Mobile Option will enhance consultation capabilities at Nomura Securities and ultimately create more efficiency.”
Key benefits of the option include:
– Intuitive dashboard to prepare for face-to-face meetings
– Expressive applications for bespoke financial simulations
– Ability to synchronize notes from mobile device to the in-house CRM system
– Security measures for client information management
