Trust Corporation appoints two executive directors

Trust Corporation of the Channel Islands has further strengthened its senior management team with the promotion of Andréa Daley Taylor and Mark Coffell to the position of director.

Daley Taylor, who has 20 years of fiduciary experience, joined Trust Corporation in 2008 and is responsible for the operational and investment processes for a number of family offices based in Europe and the US. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1995 having trained with a major institutional fiduciary and banking group in Guernsey. She is currently an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and provides administration for on-shore US entities as well as the monitoring of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) legislation for fiduciaries.
Coffell has more than 15 years’ experience working in the local finance industry across the international finance, fiduciary and corporate administration sectors. He worked as a director responsible for private client trust services in the Guernsey fiduciary division of a FTSE 200 listed company before joining Trust Corporation in 2008. Coffell specialises in managing a number of Trust Corporation’s industrial group clients.
Daley Taylor and Coffell were both promoted to the role of assistant director last year.
Michael Betley, managing director of Trust Corporation, says: “Trust Corporation prides itself on the talent and expertise of its staff. Andréa and Mark have consistently demonstrated their commitment to delivering the highest level of service and quality advice to our clients.
“As we look to further develop and grow the business, their role as directors on the senior management team is good news for the future.”
