Foster Dykema Cabot hires Douglas Phillips as CIO

Private wealth adviser Foster Dykema Cabot has hired Douglas Phillips as the firm’s new chief investment officer.

 
Phillips (pictured) will work with Foster Dykema Cabot’s investment team on investment strategy, asset allocation and security and manager selection.
 
Phillips has 25 years of experience in the investment management industry serving the needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, and their endowments and foundations.
 
Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot, Phillips spent 15 years at Choate Investment Advisors, a wealth management firm overseeing approximately USD3bn in assets for affluent individuals and families. As a senior portfolio manager, he was responsible for many of the firm’s largest and most complex investment portfolios. He was also a member of Choate Investment Advisors’ investment policy committee which was responsible for formulating investment strategy, setting strategic and tactical asset allocation targets and conducting manager due diligence.
