Kuber Ventures, the first full service multi-manager platform for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) portfolios, has appointed Beverley Leonard as business development manager for the North West.
With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, Leonard has previously worked across a number of business development roles at Legal and General, AXA, Canada Life and Aviva.
Leonard brings extensive knowledge of onshore and offshore investments, SIPPs and pensions, as well as tax planning for clients across multiple platforms.
Leonard’s appointment comes on the back of continued expansion at Kuber Ventures, following the most recent hire of Martin Green as regional business development manager for the South West and Midlands.
John Williams, managing partner at Kuber Ventures, says: “The EIS industry is on the cusp of seeing significant growth following the recent UCIS announcement from the FCA. The market is opening up and we expect to see an increase in the number of investors and funds entering the market.
“We are in the process of hiring a strong team of business development managers to help us meet this growth. Beverley’s extensive experience will be invaluable in taking the company forward and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
