KDV names four new partners


KDV has appointed Steve Leen, Jean Massmann, Stan Vander Lugt and Paul Radeke as partners with the firm. 

The appointments were effective on 1 July, bringing the total number of partners in the firm to 23.
Loren Viere (pictured), KDV’s managing partner, says: "We are pleased to welcome our new partners to the senior management of our firm. The skills and strengths of these individuals align with KDV’s commitment to exceptional client service and industry expertise. We are privileged to have them on our team and look forward to their continued contributions."
Leen works within the tax and accounting department assisting companies with financial statement preparation, income tax planning, estate tax planning and other business consulting issues. He specialises in the manufacturing and construction industries and is currently a board member of both the Central Minnesota Manufacturing Association and the Sartell Rotary. He has been with KDV since November 2000.
Massmann has more than 25 years of experience providing tax, accounting and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses and their owners. She works in a wide variety of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, construction and professional services. She is also a member of the Central MN Estate Council.
Vander Lugt has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and works within the tax and business advisory departments of KDV’s Minneapolis office. He specialises in dental and professional service practices, providing tax, accounting and other consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. 
Radeke serves as wealth advisor vice president and has been with KDV Wealth Management since January 2009. He is responsible for working with clients to define their financial goals and implement strategies necessary to achieve them. He has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Radeke is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce and the Central Minnesota Builders Association.
