Chinatrust Bank USA names Brian Constable as head of retail banking group

Chinatrust Bank (USA) has appointed Brian Constable as executive vice president and head of the retail banking group.

 
He will oversee the bank’s 12 US branches, mortgage sales, wealth management services and marketing.

He has an impressive 27-year track record in improving efficiencies across bank operations, progressive sales management and business development. Brian’s commitment to customer service closely aligns with our ethos and vision for the future.”
 
Chinatrust is one of the first Asian-American banks to operate both in the Eastern and Western US. Its parent company, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, is one of the 200 largest banks in the world in terms of capital and has operations in 13 countries along the Pacific Rim.

Constable joins Chinatrust from Sunwest Bank, where he was the executive vice president and chief commercial banking officer for six years. He led a large team focused on cultivating long-term business and consumer relationships as well as customer satisfaction and retention.
 
Prior to joining Sunwest, Constable was the first vice president of business banking at Provident Bank and the business banking manager at City National Bank. Constable has been based in California for his entire career.
