B Capital appoints Bob Atkinson as partner


B Capital, an independent investment firm providing advisory services to high net worth individuals and their families, has appointed Bob Atkinson as a partner with principal responsibility for lending solutions.

Atkinson (pictured) has 33 years’ experience as a lending banker at Barclays Bank and is an expert in the field of superyacht and corporate jet financing operations. He will also manage B Capital’s real estate loan desk arranging financing for both residential and commercial properties.
B Capital founder and group managing director Lorne Baring says: "Bob brings a wealth of contacts and relationships in the asset finance sector and has executed over EUR1bn of lending for jets and superyachts. Bob will be a great asset to our team and will add inherent value to our clients through his long-standing expertise in the superyacht and jet industries. We are delighted that he has decided to join our growing business."
Atkinson will be based in B Capital’s London office in Berkeley Square.
